Dr. Nailesh Dave was born and raised in India. He graduated from the Medical College at Gujarat University in 1990. He completed his Neurology Residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in North Carolina from 1995 through 1998. He then finished a fellowship in neuro-rehabilitation at Southern Illinois of Medicine from 1998 through 1999. He is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and board certified in Pain Medicine by the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He founded Neurology and Pain Management Center, PLLC in February 2005. He is one of the few Neurologists who provide pain management and neurological services as well as treatment of sleep disorders for the surrounding counties. Dr. Dave has been practicing Neurology and Pain Management in this area since 1999. 

 

Dr. Dave is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society, American Academy of Neurology, America Academy of Pain Management, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the International Spine Intervention Society.

 

Dr. Dave and his wife have been married since 1990 and have three children. Dr. Dave enjoys reading, community service & traveling.
